Hi, I’m Shannon

I am a Columbia University graduate student, soon to be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. My passion lies with promoting wellness and mindfulness to encourage body positivity and an overall better lifestyle. I work with clients who want to build healthy habits that last.

From my personal health journey of losing over 70 lbs, I have learned that diets and quick fixes don’t work long term. Getting out of a diet mentality and into a healthy lifestyle through small tweaks can lead to big changes.

I use a science-backed approach to help you achieve your goals within a psychosocial theoretical framework. My philosophy is that all foods can fit, and the secret to health is not deprivation. I help clients find a balance of healthful and enjoyable food, while simultaneously restoring a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Let’s get better, together.
